Today I treated the boys to pancakes for breakfast. It is a treat for our house, although I still like to make things as healthy as possible (avoiding sugar, and refined grains are my main priorities for a treat healthy breakfast) !
So we had:
- Wholemeal Spelt Pancakes (made from wholemeal spelt flour, egg and milk to make a batter. The batter was made the night before to allow it to soak)
- Topped with peanut butter (made with 100% peanuts) and sliced banana
And then there was none left!
