My 2nd Sourdough Loaf

I acquired a sourdough starter from my sister about two weeks ago and since then I have enjoyed making all things sourdough. We have enjoyed sourdough pizza, pancakes, crackers, focaccia and bread.  I have actually found maintaining a starter quite easy with an abundance of recipes that are not simply bread.

 

Nevertheless, I am pretty proud about the bread we are producing on just my second loaf (all from natural leaven!). Here are some photos of my most recent bread out of the oven:
